All orders ship from Berlin, Germany. Every package is processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment and shipped via DHL or DHL Express with full tracking.

Delivery Times

Germany: 1–2 business days

Europe: 3–5 business days

USA / Canada: 5–8 business days

Rest of World: 7–12 business days

All shipments include a tracking number sent by email at dispatch. For time-sensitive orders, DHL Express is available on request — contact us before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be returned in the condition received — unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrectly described.
