Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions We sell curated vintage and archive pieces. Every item is a 1-of-1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be unworn (except for a brief fitting), unwashed, and unaltered. If the item includes a ninesells security tag, this tag must not be removed or damaged.

Documentation and Condition Check The packaging process of every item is documented via video to securely record the exact original condition. If an item is returned to us in a worsened condition, the return will be rejected. In this case, the item will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number, as we assume no liability for lost packages. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of Vintage Items Please note that our items are second-hand and vintage clothing. Minor signs of wear, fading, or small defects are part of the item and are transparently documented in the product description and photos. These typical age-related characteristics do not constitute a defect. If an item has a significant, undocumented defect, contact us immediately upon receipt.

Exchanges Since our inventory consists exclusively of 1-of-1 items, a direct exchange (e.g., for a different size) is not possible.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
