Authentication
How do you authenticate your pieces?
Every piece is examined before listing — labels, construction, hardware, materials and season markers are checked against known archive references. Pieces we cannot verify with confidence are not listed. No exceptions.
Can you tell me the exact season of a piece?
Where a piece can be dated to a specific collection, the season is stated in the listing. Where only an era can be confirmed (e.g. 1990s Belgian period), we say so rather than guessing. If you have questions about a specific piece, write to us before purchasing.
Condition & Sizing
How do you grade condition?
Honestly. Every flaw worth mentioning is mentioned and photographed. Archive pieces are decades old — patina and traces of wear are part of their history and are always disclosed in the listing.
How does archive sizing work?
Labeled sizes on archive pieces often differ from modern sizing. Every listing includes flat measurements — compare them against a garment you own rather than relying on the labeled size. If measurements are missing or you need more, ask before buying.
Buying
Are prices negotiable?
Prices on ninesells.de are fixed. Serious offers on high-value pieces can be discussed by email.
Can you reserve a piece?
Reservations are possible for 48 hours on request. After that, the piece returns to open sale.
Do you take returns?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.

How fast do you ship?
Every order is processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment and shipped with full tracking via DHL.
